Returns and Exchanges
Our store is a service store and our purpose is to provide hard to find merchandise for people who for some reason cannot shop for themselves so we purchase for them so we ask you please refrain from returning merchandise. We hate to return merchandise to any store as it was bought for the purpose of keeping, giving, and sharing, and usually purchased on sale when possible.
I take each case into consideration for returns and no refunds for shipping if anything is returned, and any free or promotional gift will need to be returned or deducted from refund.
Please contact me within 3 days of arrival of merchandise and I ask you to please send it within 15 days of arrival.
Any return cost are your responsiblity and return item will be subject to a 18% restocking fee.
I MUST BE CONTACTED PRIOR TO MERCHANDISE IS RETURNED FOR APPROVAL CODE.
Merchandise must be returned with all receipts, dustcovers, tags, and any promotions merchandise returned as well.
Please do not get our merchandise if you are not serious about keeping your merchandise....or if you are not positive you want it.
Also if you gave a gift from our store to your friend, wife, or girlfriend and they don't like it............
I would find a new friend, or girlfriend, cuz we sell ONLY top quality 100% authentic merchandise at great prices!
